Pursuant to Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119/1, 4.5.2016), hereinafter GDPR, we inform you that:

§ 2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
- Sale of goods and services - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
- Handling enquiries - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject
- Performance of a sales contract - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
- Sending commercial information from the Controller - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject
- Marketing of products and services offered by the Controller - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject
- CCTV monitoring - ensuring the safety of persons and property on the company premises - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
- Sales and financial analyses carried out by the Controller for management purposes, including the establishment, pursuit and enforcement of claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
§ 3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Hegard sp. z o.o. transfers personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- entities providing accounting and bookkeeping services to the Controller
- entities providing administrative and legal services to the Controller
- entities providing IT services to the Controller and supplying software
- entities providing transport services
- entities providing insurance, security and payment services
- entities providing marketing services to the Controller
§ 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data:
- obtained in connection with the sale of goods and services or the performance of a contract – for a period of 7 years or until claims become time-barred
- obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes or for sending commercial information – for the period of validity of the consent
- obtained through CCTV monitoring – for 30 days from recording, after which they are permanently deleted.
§ 5. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area
§ 6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- access your personal data
- rectify your personal data
- erase your personal data, although the Controller may continue to process personal data despite a request for erasure to the extent necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, and in connection with tax obligations
- restrict the processing of your personal data
- object to further processing of your personal data
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (where such consent was given) – withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal
- data portability.
§ 7. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Every customer has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)
§ 8. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Providing your personal data is voluntary, however refusal to provide data may result in a refusal to respond to an enquiry, to sell goods and services, or to perform a sales contract.
§9. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
The Controller does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.

Cookies
The hegard.pl website does not use cookies to track users and does not display advertising. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics — a tool that works without cookies and without profiling users (only aggregated, anonymous visit data is collected). The only third-party element is the Google map embedded on the contact page — Google may set its own cookies in connection with displaying it, in accordance with its privacy policy.
